My name is Alayna. I'm a military spouse, a mom to three little ones, and like so many moms, I'm figuring it out one day at a time. Some days are full of laughter, other days feel overwhelming, and most days are a little bit of both

Why I Started This Blog

I created Boots, Bottles & Bedtime because I wanted a place where I could be honest about motherhood and military life. Social media often shows the highlights, but I wanted somewhere I could tell the whole story—the messy moments, the victories, the routines that work, and the ones that don't.

My hope is that if even one person reads these posts and feels a little less alone, it'll all be worth it.
